Download this handy checklist to remind you of the items you need to take care of when it's time to sell your house. This checklist covers both exterior and interior issues that are most important to potential buyers. Remember that when it comes to selling our home, first impressions are very important!
What is MLS?
It's the Multiple Listing Service: a database that enables real estate brokers to access information about every property that's listed with a broker. On MLS, exposure to 13,000+ local REALTORSⓇ and their buyers increases the likelihood that your home will sell.
What is a Short Sale?
A short sale happens when you try to sell your home for an amount that is less than the mortgage that you owe your bank. This is a special situation that requires bank approval before you can sell your home. I can guide you through the process, and even communicate with your bank on your behalf. Find out more here.
